Project Controls Manager Job -> A leading global service company in Houston, TX has an immediate opening for a Project Controls Department Manager with 15 years experience in the E & C industry. The candidate must possess the following: Contractor Project Controls experience, expertise in cost control, scheduling, and a basic understanding of estimating. Daily responsibilities will include: Setting up new projects, reviewing current work practices, making improvements, ensuring that existing cost control, finance, and estimating systems remain aligned, salary reviews, resource management, major estimate reviews, monthly project reporting, and department training.
