Progressive Die Engineer

Purpose: We are looking for you to join the team of this Northeastern Wisconsin stamping company as a Progressive Die Engineer.

As a part of the Progressive Die team, you will be responsible for improving the overall process of the die changing process. You will be responsible for teaching and mentoring the set up technicians on the die team as well. You may also be working with some transfer dies.

To qualify for this position, you will need extensive experience in the tool and die industry, especially with progressive dies. You will need experience with set up and operation as well. Five to ten years of experience in the progressive die industry is a must!
