Programmer Analyst/Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning

Develops computer code from general specifications into language appropriate to the assignment; consults with users or senior staff to define subsystem or program requirements; develops and uses sample input data to test accuracy of programs; and reviews and analyzes system/program problems. Bachelor s degree in computer science, information management, or related field required. December 2006 graduates will be considered. Candidates must possess an understanding of administrative uses of computing services, have a working knowledge of SQL, knowledge or exposure to a relational DBMS, and course work or practical experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Perl, or C++. Experience with UNIX operating systems, Oracle DBMS, and Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and familiarity with University standards and practices preferred.
