Program Scheduling Manager

Purpose: We have a need for a Program Scheduling Manager at Northrop Grumman. This position is for a scheduler on the NPOESS program. Previous scheduling experience on a spacecraft program is required. The person filling this role will be responsible to help the scheduling team during a program restructure.

The job duties will include meeting with technical managers to understand the scope of work and capture that work in a Microsoft Project schedule. Development and analysis of scheduling metrics is also required. Strong MS Project skills are required for this position as well as the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with other scheduling tools such as Pert Chart Xpert and FastTrack is a plus.

This position is for program level schedulers not production schedulers.
