Lake Forest Graduate School of Management is currently seeking an entry to mid-level Program Materials Project Manager for our Lake Forest campus. This position will be responsible for scheduling and managing the academic materials, acquisition, production, and distribution process for Operations Department. Operate digital document management system and high-speed production equipment. Maintain relationships with outside vendors to adhere to budget guidelines while assuring quality standards are met. Manage campus wide materials inventory with Campus Coordinators. Responsible for reporting material usage to outside vendors and internal staff. Generate quarterly cost analysis reports.

REQUIREMENTS
Purchasing and database experience desirable.
Knowledge of high-speed copiers a must.
2-3 years Project management experience preferred.
Solid technical, negotiation, and administrative skills required.
Microsoft Office Suite computer skills with emphasis on Excel knowledge required.
Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills necessary.
Ability to meet deadlines and be detail orientated.
Lifting boxes up to 40 lbs required for this position.
Must be flexible to work extended hours when necessary and at on-site locations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
