YOUR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY
As our new Program Manager, and a respected member of our Electronics and Ordnance teams, you will be responsible for marketing, proposal effort, customer support and management of the repective programs. The Program manager serves as the company's single point of contact for the customer and reports to the General Manager of the Product team and are expected to maintain program costs and schedule objectives.Your Program Manager duties will include: Coordinate program team efforts in the preparation of proposal responses and submit pricing recommendationsfor management approval. Generate and release program work authorization documents defining scope of work, schedule requirements, program budget and contractual items. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Maintain program schedule in accordance with customer requirements, controlling expenditures and updating estimate to complete. Develop and maintain order and sales forecasts for assigned programs. REQUIREMENTS
As our new Program Manager, you must have:B.S. degree in Engineering or a technical discipline required. MBA preferredPreferrably three (3) years experience managing programs in a technical and manufacturing environment in the aerospace & defense industryKnowledge of aerospace ordnance and electronics components and systems, markets and customers preferred but not necessarySolid organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.DEADLINE
