Program Manager (NETWARCOM)

Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM) Information Operations and Information Assurance (IO/IA) Program Manager position responsible for leading/managing/executing all activities necessary to ensure technical and business goals via an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract. The Program Manager will support the customer, NETWARCOM in its Tier I goals to operate the Navy Component of the Global Information Grid (GIG) as a secure and interoperable naval network and to extend and optimize use of Information Operations (IO) capabilities including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). They will also assist the customer in other aspects required to develop the workforce to achieve information superiority

In addition to Program Management fundamentals and Test and Evaluation oversight, the IO/IA PM must be familiar with DITSCAP and other certification and accreditation methods, Computer Networks, Computer Network Defense (CND) strategies, network security solutions, and network vulnerabilities assessments.
REQUIREMENTS
The NETWARCOM Program Manager should have a technical or management degree plus 10-15 or more years of experience executing military programs with specific emphasis on the Naval Network Command, Norfolk, VA. or relevant other experience which would be directly related to this position

Good formal presentation and public speaking skills, ability to develop persuasive arguments through power point slides and deliver them effectively to large audiences.

Position requires a minimum Top Secret (SCI) Security Clearance.

This position is based in the Tidewater area and requires approximately 20% domestic travel
