Our Client is a FORTUNE 500 - The products they produce are multi industry Automotive components (Automotive Tier 1), Electronics, Industrial Electronics and some industrial capital goods.

What they are looking for is a Program Manager to spearhead new product development programs...these new products require that someone who has been working as an engineer assume this role...the engineer must have prior experience in new product development...somone who has been an engineer for some years and is ready for the next step...someone who has no difficulty working in an unstructurex environment working with Marketing, Sales, Engineering and customers....defining the structure, defining priority and keeping Advanced Development Projects moving forward...requires a special person.

Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to work in Advanced Product Development – BSME/MSME who will work closely with Engineering, Puchasing, R&D, Marketing and Customers in advanced development of new engineered products.

Your background must be from Automotive industry or commercial construction industry....must have background 'hands-on' in product engineering or product development or R&D.


Requirements Must Have:

6 plus Years Experience in Product Development and or Product Planning the Automotive Industry (or high volume manufactured consumer products or electronics or capital goods or construction).


BSME or MSME


Strong systems thinking capability for connecting customer needs with innovative business & technical solutions i.e. Must have a track record with Product Design/Development and Relating that to Marketing with Engineered Products.
