The Program Manager position is responsible in the management of an important production program for Arete by being responsible for its revenue, generating new business, and working with the production area to make scheduled deliveries.

Specifically the Program Manager would be responsible for communication with customers on DoD contracts. This position would be responsible for delineating and meeting the terms of the contract. In so doing s/he would deal with a wide range of services at Arete, including, contracts, finance, engineering, quality, configuration, production, etc.

S/he would be responsible for generating internal Arete plans based upon program forecasts. S/he is also responsible for business development in MCM by finding opportunities to expand the program into other business areas. A large aspect of his/her duties are to look for ways to continually improve the product and manage other "spin off" programs.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

10 - 15 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, and business development. B.S. in physics, systems engineering, or an engineering discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
