Program Manager 3

We are looking for a talented Program Manager. If you have a proven record of successfully managing product introduction and production ramp to high volume production; a minimum of five years experience providing formalized, structured failure reports and corrective actions; strong written skills (specifically in persuasive technical writing); an ability to quickly recognize areas requiring process/supplier improvements; experience providing high level engineering direction to customers and internal engineering staff; and a solid mix of commercial, aerospace and defense experience – this is the opportunity for you.


Requirements:

BS/BA degree required and 8+ years equivalent work experience in program management, operations, contracts, or other related functions. Prefer 4+ years of multi-discipline team leadership experience. Systems and project engineering background is highly desirable. Experience in aerospace industry required.
