Program Management Processes and Technology Manager
The individual selected for this key role will address our Program Management capabilities, establish project management policies and processes, identify best practices, and incorporate best practices. Will also work with business units and a corporate processes organization to establish a program management system that delivers demonstrated and consistent performance. Additionally this position will establish clearly defined roles and responsibilities and develop effective processes for program management activities, program reviews, and training.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
The ideal candidate must have experience in developing and implementing program and project management systems, including program planning, scope management, and risk management.
A minimum of ten years experience in the Aerospace field is desired.
