Program Director - (LinkMW24887)

Essential Job functions include responsibility for the cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned programs. Direct all phases of the program through completion, participate in the negotiation of contracts/changes, coordinate preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal statements of work/specifications, operating budgets and financial terms and conditions and act as primary customer contact for program activities. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program master plans and schedules, identify program problems, obtain solutions, directs allocation of resources. Will lead multiple teams composed of engineers, quality and procurement personnel. This position will contribute to the development of new principles and concepts to solve complex highly innovative problems.
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Experience
10 plus years direct PM experience (Air Force/Navy programs experience preferred)
Earned Value Management is required
Strong verbal and writing skills
Training system development and production program experience required
