Program Analyst III (Non-IT)

Position Summary

Incumbent would support government customer program manager’s staff with expertise in the following:

* Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance (HERO)
* Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Personnel (HERP)
* High Energy Radio Frequency weapons (HERP)

Personnel that have experience in the areas listed above and operational experience with Improvised Explosive Device (IED) threat and operations of current IED detection and neutralization systems is preferred but not required. Perform technical planning, system integration, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total system as directed by the customer. Perform systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total system solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

REQUIREMENTS
BS in Operations Research, Systems or Mechanical Engineering, or other related field preferred
10 years experience in military spectrum control and analysis, operations, integration, installation and maintenance may substitute for degree.
Evaluating design of military signal and radar systems including requirements analysis and performance analysis
Operational research and signals engineering programs is desired. Knowledge in spectrum management is also desired. Knowledge in CREW, WARLOCK or the CHAMELEON programs would be beneficial but not necessary. Data manipulation skills are important.
MUST be a US Citizen
Successful candidate will have completed a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Minimum Secret level clearance required. Top Secret preferred but not necessary.
