Company located in the Mid-South / Tennessee seeks a hands-on type Team Leader to be a part of their company. $Billion in sales corporate wide. Individual should have at least three years Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high volume facility. Must have experience with fiberglass products such as boats, hot tubs, etc. Must have excellent record of accomplishments.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
1. Stable work experience.
2. 3 or more years Supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
3. Must have experience with fiberglass products, i.e. boats, bathtubs, showers, etc.
4. Must be a good communicator, achiever and have solid work record.
