Production Supervisor
Production Supervisor Job -> We have an immediate need for a Manufacturing Supervisor in a rural NY city. This person will supervise and manage various functions within manufacturing operations. Typical functions that a supervisor, holding this position, would be accountable for, includes; safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, budgetary expenses, administration of work rules, adherence to the labor contract, LDMS, man count planning, and executing responsible areas to support the overall plant/company objective.Responsibilities and Qualifications: Bachelor degree (B. S.) in an engineering discipline and 2+ years heavy manufacturing experience; or a minimum of 10 years heavy manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. This individual must be a team player and be comfortable working in a team environment. This person must possess a high degree of analytical skills to determine root cause and corrective action.
Unique or Special Requirements: Experience in Lean Manufacturing and contemporary problem solving technique. Relo is available for the right candidate.
