Production Process Manager

?Proactively plans manpower, facility and equipment needs based on production schedule.
?Sets goals and assures performance to assembly and/or test Hours Per Unit (HPUs) and schedules.
?Ensures that personnel are properly trained, either personally or though group leaders/ skills trainer, in effective equipment and material handling to meet production/quality standards and oversees such standards.
?Actively supports Six Sigma utilization, and Production Engineering by maintaining and or recommending improvements to processes, procedures, tooling, equipment and materials.
?Observes/enforces safety rules and maintains time and attendance though automated labor reporting systems.
?Observes and enforces strict adherence to security procedures regarding CCI and classified information.
?Provides effective thorough and well written daily/weekly/monthly reports on assigned programs to production management.
?Effectively manages and performs to department budget commitments.
REQUIREMENTS
?THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE (CURRENT OR WITHIN PAST 2 YEARS) U.S. GRANTED SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
?BS EE/CE/AE degree.
?2+ years of test related experience, contract manufacturing supervision including automated labor reporting.
?Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes including SMT.
?Experience with ICT, Flying Probe, Boundary Scan, and Functional, Acceptance and Environmental testing preferred.
?Demonstrated project lead and customer interface experience preferred.
?Ability to develop test programs.
?Strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills required.
