Production Manager – Filling Operation - Pharmaceutical

Salary $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus, excellent benefits and relocation package

A brand new product line has created a Production Manager position with a nationwide and international organization. This person will be over all of the Production. Some of the responsibilities will be setting up the lines, management of employees on the floor, supporting budget, some maintenance. Will be setting up a clean room. The company has subsidiary companies all over the US. So opportunities down the road are endless.

They need someone that posses a Bachelors degree in an Engineering related field. At least 5 years of engineering background. The person should have some supervisory or management experience. They would like this candidate to have experience in a filling operation, preferable pharmaceuticals (Ex. Merck, Pfizer, Wyeth or Schering-Plough). You should have experience dealing with filling equipment. They want someone with a hands-on approach.

The facility is located in the Pennsylvania. Near the Lancaster, PA area. There is a college in the area. Small town atmosphere with metros within driving distance.

Requirements:
1. BS in an Engineering related field.
2. Pharmaceutical experience is needed. Preferably a filling operation.
3. At least 5 years of engineering / production background with some supervisory or management experience.
4. A hands-on approach.
