Product Manager and Field Service - X-Ray up to $80K+

Multinational, multimillion dollar equipment company seeks a leader in X-Ray Technology for their Product Inspection division. This role will include supervising the X-Ray equipment related service activities in the Customer Service department of this major Metal Detection/X-Ray Detection equipment manufacturer based in Tampa area. - · Support of the X-Ray business in all after sales aspects · Support of new sales activities in the X-Ray area on an as need basis, in coordination with the regional sales manager and the Customer service Manager · Assist in ensuring maximum utilization of the resources dedicated to working in the X-Ray area. · Internally communicate and promote the X-Ray business and its importance for the organization. · Ensure own competency by performing a sufficient number of customer service visits to keep updated on our products and to stay in touch with our customer base and their Standard Operating Procedures. · Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues on an as need basis for the call center, our Field Service technicians as well as for customers directly. · Ability to maintain good customer relations. · Act as a liaison between employer company and its sub-suppliers. · Other duties and tasks as assigned. Travel to customer sites to solve technical problems as needed.
