Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project software
Lead cross functional team meetings to ensure that project activities meet deadlines
Track and follow up on all open issues
Track component tooling status, approval status, and availability
Report/present project status to key management personnel
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
BA/BS degree from four year college or university and at least 5 years related industry
experience; or at least 8 years related industry experience; along with a proven track record of
leading product development projects
Experience in agricultural or lawn and garden industries highly desired.
