Sunoco, Inc. a leading independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products in the U.S., has an immediate opening at our Toledo Refinery as a Process Safety Management Coordinator.

This position functions at the front line supervision level with the emphasis on individual contribution to coordination, tracking and documentation of PSM element compliance and increased organizational awareness of PSM needs and performance to ensure safe, reliable, environmentally sound operations, pacesetter performance and optimization of resources.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
A BS degree in Engineering or Safety-related discipline, or 10 years of equivalent experience, is required as well as a minimum of 3 years experience in either the Refining, Petrochemical, or Chemicals industries. Familiarity with PSM elements and process experience also are required.
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:
Process supervisory background. Consistent commitment to PSM work place optimization.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree could be safety, EHS, civil, mechanical or science related
3 or more years experience out of refining, petrochemical or chemical industries
Safety experience.
