Process Engineering Manager

Lead the continuous improvement effort of the facilities processes and products using the methodologies of the company and the framework of ISO. Work with logistics to oversee the production scheduling for the plant.Manage:
- The documentation of the processes and procedures
- The standardization of the processes and procedures
- The development of the peoples’ understanding of the processes and procedures.
- The development of new products and processes.
- The change management process for the plant.Lead / Coach:
- The CIT Steering Committee.
- The manufacturing staff (team) including senior managers and the plant personnel to the development and implementation of continuous improvement objectives.




job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering or a closely related field.
15 years experience in Manufacturing, with three (3) or more in management and two (2) or more years experience in implementation of continuous improvement program.
