Process Engineer--GaAs/ Photolithography

Seeking a Process engineer to be responsible for providing engineering support in the Photolithography area. Duties will extend to yield enhancement and cycle time reduction initiatives.In this role you will collaborate with design engineering, logistics, and quality engineering to develop process documentation, process control plans, and production control requirements to ensure the effective and efficient transfer of wafers into large volume manufacturing. Candidates should have experience with Gallium Arsenic wafer Fabs, as well as experience with Ultratech Steppers and/or Karl Suss contact aligners.

Requirements:

BS in electrical engineering/material science or equivalent knowledge/ experience in this field is required.Experience with Ultratech 1500 series steppers, Karl Suss contact aligners, SVG 8600 series track and familiarity with Lift-off Processes.
