Process Engineer EH&S coordinator Batch Processing

> Review process order data, hold per-trial meeting, scale data, input data
> into database, monitor trial determine manufacturability, report results.
> Provide technical support for Operations - Gather information,
> troubleshooting, document outcome, update troubleshooting guide, implement
> corrective actions train and mentor Optimize process - review run data,
> propose and evaluate changes, support equipment trials Support improvement
> teams, research new equipment and processes. Manage wide spec materials-
> define testing parameters, test materials, determine adjustments required,

> Accountable for the development and implementation of the EH&S 5 year
> forward plan. Review, approve and/or prepare all applicable regulatory
> reports and ensure that supporting documentation is maintained. Conduct
> incident investigations. Participate in corporate EH&S audits. Approve DOT
> regulated shipments of hazardous materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/QualificationsKey is a Process/Chemical Engineer who has experience in the chemical batch processing industry in heat transfer, fluid flow and mechanical abilities.· Ability to organize, prioritize, and set goals.· Ability to anticipate potential problems.· Interpersonal skills.· Verbal and written communication skills, training skills.· Analytical/problem solving skills.· Computer skills.· Working knowledge of statistical process controls.· BS/Degree Chemical Engineering or ME, Polymer Eng. Preferred.Prefer five (5) years minimum experience in plastics industry with hand on plant processing experience. Salary 60,000 to 80,000 plus annual bonus.1234
