Process Coordinator

We now seek a future-directed individual to join our winning team. Our facility in Crete, IL manufactures Mobile Welding and Track Testing vehicles as part of a turnkey engineering process. As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for:¨Assisting with Project Management planning and documentation
¨Administrative support for the engineering staff
¨Administration and maintenance of the Equipment Division databases for drawings, Bills of Materials (Part Structures) and equipment estimates.¨Creating multi-level Bills of Materials and routings from engineering drawings and documents
¨Electronic Print Room Administration and Maintenance
¨Prepare monthly project cost summary reports
¨Assist with compilation of master production schedule for HED DivisionTo Qualify, you’ll need:
¨Experience with ERP/MRP Systems
¨AutoCAD/AutoDesk View knowledge beneficial
¨Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
¨Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
¨Good computer skills (Microsoft Office & Project, Lotus notes)
¨Excellent organizational skills
¨High school degree or equivalent
¨5 years experience in a related business environment
¨Knowledge of manufacturing operations
