Process Control System (PCS) Engineer

A leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking an Engineering Professional with strong Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering skills and experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Candidate must understand P&ID’s, loop diagrams, field instrumentation devices (transmitters, valves, etc,) electrical single-line diagrams, motor elementary wiring diagrams, control panel layout and wiring drawings and be able to communicate such information with others.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Requires a B.S. in Chemical Engineering or Electrical engineering, and at least six years applicable engineering experience; or B.S. degree in a related scientific course of study and at least 3-5 years of applicable engineering experience. Engineering and specifying equipment for the
electrical and instrumentation applications in the Pharmaceutical industries.
Requires excellent computer skills, competent technical writing, good interpersonal and communication skills. Must assist in the checkout, startup and validation of the assignments.
Experience with PLC or DCS (Emerson DeltaV or ABB Advant) is a plus.
