Process Controls Engineer

Purpose: The position involves the evaluation, installation and improvement of new and existing automated manufacturing equipment.
Specific duties include:
-working with development engineers to determine optimal use of existing equipment and to develop new equipment to improve efficiencies and quality.
-Programming Siemens PLC's and HMI's.
-Set-up and troubleshooting of complex PLC/control systems and components.

Minimum qualifications include:
-BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
-5 years experience as a controls engineer using Siemens PLC's.
-Experience with HMI programming.
-Proven background in process improvement in an automated manufacturing environment.
