Principal Reliability / Maintainability EngineerPerform Reliability, Maintainability, System Safety, and Human Factors Analyses of flight control systems, specifically, hydraulic & electromechanical actuation systems. Integrate reliability/maintainability planning and design guidance to establish system requirements, document and deliver analyses results and support design reviews, develops and applies advanced engineering theories, methods, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems, directs projects or major phases of design projects and coordinates the efforts of technical support staff, analyzes, evaluates, and plans methods of approach and organizes means to achieve the solution of complex technical problems, devises new approaches to problems encountered. Recommends corrections in technical analyses and design to ensure project completion. May coordinate the work of engineers, other professionals, technicians and others who assist in specific assignments.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires a BSME or BSEE with 8+ years of closely related reliability / maintainability /system safety experience as applied to all phases of mechanical and electro-mechanical product development and support. Must have sufficient background to support integration of reliability/maintainability and ILS/logistics to support proposal and bid preparation. Must have a working knowledge of aerospace processes i.e. SAE ARP4761, MIL-STD-785 and SAE ARP4754.
