Inland Empire Utilities Agency is a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment/water reclamation public agency servicing seven member cities with a population of 700,000 in the west end of San Bernardino County. IEUA operates five regional wastewater treatment/water reclamation facilities that treat 57 million gallons of wastewater per day. The Agency owns a co-composting facility, a manure digestion facility, several domestic and industrial trunk and interceptor sewer lines and operates the Chino 1 Desalter.

Job Description: Senior Associate Engineer – Primavera Project Mgmt. ($5704 to $6950/month)

Under general direction, this position works with engineers and management to provide project schedules, budget and data analysis and reporting capabilities for the Agency’s $200 million Capital Improvement Program. This individual will play a key role in the integration of Primavera with the Agency’s ERP system.

•Responsible for reporting, maintenance and future development of the Agency’s Primavera Project Manager V5.0 and Expedition project management software

•Knowledge of Visual Basic for Access, SQL or database structures required

•Primavera Project Manager V5.0 preferred

•Have the ability to assist in the implementation of the Agency’s new SAP system

•Have the ability to train staff in the use of computer software

•Duties include project management for capital projects, development of budgets, regulatory compliance reporting and the review of consultant work.

•Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction as new or unusual assignments are made and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the department.

•Strong communication and people skills
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•Graduation from a four-year college or university with a degree acceptable to the Agency

•Four years of increasingly responsible project management experience,
