Plant Operator

To efficiently operate and maintain a central heating and cooling plant providing chilled and hot water/steam, while providing quality service to the customer.Operate and maintain rotating equipment, distributing systems and associated mechanical and electrical systems.Perform general building maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipmentOperate and maintain pneumatic and electrical controls to maintain plant efficiency.Perform chemical analysis of water systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a high school graduate, or equivalent.Must have a minimum of three (3) years of relative experience.Familiarity with HVAC and principles of refrigeration.Must have good customer skills.Must have a valid California driver license + a good driving record.
