Plant Manager will drive strategic strategy to implement lean and improve production. Reduce cost in a strong union environment with 1500 employees. Will need to develop new staff and drive change management within the senior leadership team. Will negotiate new contract with the union while maintaining supply/demand. Will be responsible for all operations in this assembly environment. Quality and Customer Care will be essential and driving performance management and succession planning for talent within this global corporation.
REQUIREMENTS
