Pipeline Integrity Manager

Responsible for leading pipeline integrity efforts and programs for assigned pipeline systems and equipment

Develop and manage a Pipeline Integrity Staff

Develop and maintain the written Integrity Management Programs, standards, and procedures for all pipeline assets

Determine appropriate assessment method(s) for each segment of the integrity assessment schedule

Provide Engineering support for Pipeline Integrity Projects including welding calculations, material selections, determination of required hydrostatic test pressures, MOP calculations, calculation of set points for pumps and other pressure control devices to ensure MOP is not exceeded, evaluation of defects and recommend appropriate repairs

Provide input on due diligence efforts and new construction projects, and incorporate newly operated assets, maintain budgets, regulations, industry standards, integrity assessment methods, repair methods, and other applicable technologies
REQUIREMENTS
BS degree in engineering is required

Minimum of five years experience in pipeline engineering or equivalent is required

Experience in pipeline integrity, design, operations and maintenance, a detailed understanding of pipeline risk management and analysis, Professional Engineering registration, and NACE certification are desired
