Pharmaceutical Engineer- Terre Haute

Position Overview
Work with a team of engineers and technical writers on projects related to pharmaceutical packaging including equipment installation, qualification, and commissioning
Assist in technical documentation and test execution for quality acceptance reports.
Coordinate data gathering, review and approval of computer and equipment validation documents
REQUIREMENTS
Experience Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering with 2-5 years experience in project engineering preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or beverage industries. Experience with capital equipment, validation, budgeting, contractor management, and client relationship building.

Technical Background desired
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project
Experienced with pharmaceutical packaging equipment
Technically adept with mechanical systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, sterile blocks, purified water, compressed air
Familiarity with process automation, including Allen Bradley RSLogix, HMI, Visual Basic)
Knowledgeable of procurement, cost appropriations, equipment installations, utility and facility standards
Experienced with cGMPs, FDA, and EU guidelines
Capable of providing technical direction related to engineering specifications, change orders, spare parts, preventive maintenance

Special Working Conditions
Flexible in meeting urgent needs outside of standard working hours
Ability to travel to customer locations daily in Terre Haute, IN
Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed for equipment troubleshooting and installations
