We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER / PARTNER INTEGRATION MANAGER to join our WASHINGTON, DC team on exciting and challenging design and construction-management projects.Job Function:Responsible for facilitating effective interaction between Tenant agencies and the Pentagon Renovation Program, particularly with respect to Agency requirements and the Program's policies, procedures and ability to meet those requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:1.Serves as the primary liaison between the Program and an assigned Pentagon tenant agency (Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.)2. Develops partnership with designers, contractors, building management and tenants to ensure that Program standards are articulated and understood.3.Obtains Tenant information and requirements from the Agency and provides information for documentation in central database.4.Validates, coordinates, shepherds and monitors Agency requirements through the
Program from inception through design and construction to completion.5.Participates in meetings with Renovation staff, designers, contractors, building management and others to ensure that Program's commitments and Tenant's requirements are on schedule and within cost.6.Drafts written correspondence, responds to Tenant's E-mails and telephone calls, and prepares briefings for senior management.Qualifications:Experience/Training/Education:1.Minimum of 8 years experience in facility design and field implementation (or related) to include client relations, coordination and organization at a supervisory level of responsibility.2.Bachelors Degree in Design, Architecture, Construction/Facility Management or related fields3.Professional registration desiredLKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:1.Knowledge of interior design, systems furniture and space planning, building construction and facility management.2.Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence.3.Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5.Ability to manage many and often competing demands for time.6.Ability working as a member of a team, working well with others.7.Knowledge of and ability to use electronic spreadsheets and word processing programs.Additional Desirable Qualifications:1.Post-graduate study in architecture, design or related fields2.Experience in renovation design/tenant management
