We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Washington DC.

PROJECT MANAGER - Washington DC

Responsibilities:
Project management and owner's representative responsibilities
Oversee project implementation from design through completion of construction
Manage tenant improvement projects, space planning and design
Perform building audits
Provide technical support; project budgeting and scheduling
Interface with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors
Maintain client relationship and conflict resolution
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or construction management
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working on commercial projects
Experience working with Landlords
Ability to manage small to mid-size corporate interiors projects
Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
Computer proficiency in MS Project
