One of the nation’s most popular consumer product manufacturers is seeking an aggressive, goal-oriented individual to join their management team as a Production Manager. This individual will manage subordinate supervisors who in turn will supervise the people on the production floor. He/she will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the designated areas of the production floor. Maintaining plant-manufacturing programs within budget and show continuous improvement in the quality of our products. Directing and driving all company continuous improvement in Safety, Housekeeping, Productivity, Cost, Customer Service, Quality and Employee Morale. This individual will review business production costs and product quality and also modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations. The company is looking for that “Take Charge” type of individual with that “Fire in the Belly” attitude.

Individual must have a Bachelors Degree and must have a stable job history. Any experience in paint, coatings, aerosol or chemical environment. Will be responsible for direct reports on first and second shift along with 200 indirectly. Should have at least 5-7 years of supervisory experience.
