PRODUCTION MANAGER

NOTE: LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
My client, a manufacturer is seeking two experienced Production Managers for their 2nd and 3rd shift operations. These individuals will be act as a change agent for process improvement activities within their respective shifts.

Responsibilities:
Leading focused manufacturing improvement and team development activities
Training and leadership of teams in a participative and continuous improvement environment
Managing the daily production of up to 50 employees
Coordinating scheduling and inventories as well as maintenance activities
Assuring quality standards for products
Responsible for safety program management
REQUIREMENTS
BS Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of supervisory experience
