PLS / RLS / Survey Project Manager

Daily Duties: Will run survey projects from start to finish, including client contact and proposal writing. Will determine what types of surveys need to be done, what resources will be needed and what costs will need to be incurred. In addition, will manage the project, write legal descriptions, perform calculations and stamp off on survey documents. All work will be performed in the office.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: Ideally, need an Oregon PLS / RLS with project management exp. Will consider an LSIT with office experience that is ready to sit for the PLS / RLS exam and is ready for a growth opportunity. The ideal candidate will be able to perform full-blown project management from A to Z. Either way, must have office survey experience with ALTA's, TOPO's, GPS, CAD software, legal descriptions, boundary and construction surveys, and calculations.
