PDM Systems Program Manager

Today Carrier Corporation leads the world in the manufacture and sale of heating, ventilating, refrigeration, air conditioning and HVAC systems and products.Project Manager to lead a globally dispersed team in the development and deployment of Windchill, a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application. Deployment of the Windchill application will improve engineering productivity through improved capabilities and standardization.The responsibilities of the Project Manager will include but are not limited to program planning, budget management, overseeing both internal and external resources and overall program execution. The Project Manager will be required to work with global engineering personnel to develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications, with detailed process documentation, use cases and scenarios. Also requires the ability oversee the solution development and test, plan for deployment and business readiness, develop detailed test plans using the use cases and scenarios, coordinate production deployment, and to plan and provide post-production system support.This role will require a broad understanding of new product development and introduction (NPDI) including solution components of MCAD, ECAD, PDM, PLM, BOM and configuration management, ERP integration, Collaboration, Stage-Gate based product development and lifecycle management.Experience and a broad understanding of the PTC Solution Suite including Pro/ENGINEER, Pro/INTRALINK, ModelCheck, Mechanica, ProductView, Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink and Windchill PartsLink is recommended. Experience in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support phases of engineering design and data management solutions is required.
