PC Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
'Provide first level technical support for PC hardware and software issues.
'Answer the help desk phone and route tickets that can not be resolved immediately.
'User ID and password creation and management.
'Moves, Additions, and Changes to new and existing workstations.
'Software installation and configuration.
'Remote access/VPN support
'Documentation of resolutions to support tickets
skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
'Associate Degree with emphasis on Information Technology
'Microsoft and or A+ Certification
'1-2 years of PC troubleshooting experience.
'Previous help desk experience required.
'Previous experience supporting remote staff desired.

Skills:
'Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
'Superior software and hardware troubleshooting.
'Outstanding customer service skills.
'Good oral and written skills.
