Operations and Maintenance Technician

Purpose: We are seeking Environmental Technicians to perform operation and maintenance of remediation systems. You'll need mechanical ability and experience operating thermal/catalytic oxidizers and liquid ring pumps as well as electrical troubleshooting. Must be able to work independently. OSHA 40 hour HAZWOPER training preferred.

Responsibilities:
-Operate and maintain soil and groundwater remediation systems
-Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems
-Collect vapor and water samples
-Compile data
-Assist in performing pilot testing of remedial technologies
-Experience in performing underground storage tank site assessment activities preferred

Classification:
Contract-to-Hire

Compensation:
37-46k Year
