Owner’s Representative /
Project Manager

National facility consulting firm, specializing in facility assessments, master planning, peer review, commissioning, and MEP consulting services, seeks an Owner’s Rep./Project Manager for the Charlotte area.

Qualifications:
* BSME and PE registration (or equivalent experience).
* Strong project management skills.
* 7+ years experience in facility engineering, assessment/planning, peer review, design and/or consulting services (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical)
* Combination of design and field experience required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Hospital and/or government project experience preferred.
