O&R Blades Engineer - Navy PBL Support

Identify and implement product improvements along with provide technical interface with O&R Engineering and Blade Operations Management.Maintain customer and supplier interface on all blade engineering related issues.Maintain a database for the purpose of conducting root cause failure analysis for the subject blade components. (Failure Report Analysis and Corrective Action System).Support the T2T Program Lead in preparation for customer program reviews.
