Job Description

In this position, you will maintain excellent customer relationships through effective customer service and communications. Perform preventative maintenance, service, and repair on Nuclear Medicine equipment. You will also resolve complex networking problems and complete field change orders (FCO’s) at high-profile customer sites as well as monitor new installations and provide support when needed. Finally, you will also be expected to help support the business through the overall promotion of Philips unparalleled services. You must be available 24x7 via phone.

Preferred Profile

BSEE or BSEET preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years experience installing, servicing and/or repairing Nuclear Medicine/X-ray equipment required. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Ability to function in a team environment as well as independently. Ability to repair/diagnose using oscilloscopes, DVMs and networking tools. Previous Account Management experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
