Required Skills and Experience:
• Approximately 2 years or more of fulltime related experience.• Requires related engineering, mathematics, or physical science degree.• Experience in noise measurement and analyzing community noise impacts from airports, highways, industrial facilities, public works projects, or building structures.• Working knowledge of noise computer models such as TNM, INM, NOISEMAP, Cadna/A or Sound Plan. • Direct experience performing sound level measurements using sound level meters and octave band analyzers is required.• Project management, marketing and NEPA/CEQA experience is a plus.
• Good written and verbal skills required.
