REQUIREMENTS
A sound knowledge of computer networking from LAN/WAN perspective, solid understanding of network troubleshooting practice, ability to function as a productive member in a team environment, and the ability to document details and communicate at a professional level, both written and oral, are requirements for this position. Focus is on network diagnostics, opening and maintaining trouble tickets using centralized tracking system, troubleshooting network problems to resolution or referring them to higher lever support as required.
Recent Bachelor's of Science Degree in a related field is required. Schedules may be altered based upon workload and staffing requirements. Personnel may rotate shifts, working days/nights, weekends, and holidays.
