NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Looking for a career as a Network administrator?

You’ll take an important role in working with our networking operating systems and security.


Required Skills: Two or more years of experience in configuring and maintaining Cisco Catalyst switches. Must include performance of IOS upgrades and configuration of 802.1q. Must also include hands-on work with at least one of: VTP, QoS, PoE. Demonstrate working knowledge of IP, EIGRP and BGP. Understanding of fundamental concepts related to Cisco IP telephony.

Preferred Skills:Experience configuring specifically Cisco Catalyst 4500 series, 3750 series and/or 6500 series switches in native IOS mode. Working knowledge of the building blocks of Cisco IP telephony solutions and how they operate with each other. Certification such as CCNA is a plus.


REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have a history of academic and professional success.

Relocation to Madison, WI is required.
