Job Description Provide monitoring and management to MSS customer devices (ISPS and Firewalls)

Assist with in-depth security event analysis to identify potentially malicious activities on a customer network

train tier I SOC analysts, author documentation, author tickets to customers and handle escalations as required



Requirements


3-5 years IS experience with IDSP or Firewall technologies

shift work

Excellent interpersonal skills

Customer focus and team player

IS certification (GIAC or CISSP)
