The Level III Technical Support Engineer who lives for the highest level of customer satisfaction will excel in this role as they implement hands-on applications using their knowledge of .NET. This position is not about putting out fires, it is about proactively using complex problem solving skills to ensure that our customers have usability of our applications and are well cared for. REQUIREMENTS
As our Level III Technical Support Engineer, you will own your job from day one as you develop the support tools our clients need to interface our hand-held GPS technology with web-based applications. Your proficiency at developing applications code in a Visual Basic .NET and MS SQL Server environment, coupled with your supreme network application skills, will allow you to apply root cause analysis to fix client issues with urgency and speed. Top candidates will have experience writing and analyzing SQL queries. Wherify Wireless is a quickly growing, fun loving, and close knit company, and our Support & Sustaining Engineer will be an integral part of our team.
