.NET Engineer

We are seeking a full time Contract employee who is a .net developer for our open position in New Carrollton, Md. REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
-4 years design and developing enterprise solutions with Microsoft development tools, technologies, platforms, and the Microsoft .NET Framework.
-Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, and defining the solution architecture.
-Ability to implement the requirements and building, deploying, and maintaining the solution. experience designing and implementing custom .NET web based applications (C#).
-Extensive knowledge of various design patterns and implementing an Object Oriented Design.
-Proficient at implementing complex business logic requirements for large-scale business applications; i.e., high volume, complex calculations, and (or) high availability (24/7). Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
-Must be able to meet the requirements for a Treasury Full Background Investigation.
-Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
-Occasional travel to IRS facilities in West Virginia, Michigan or Tennessee may be required.
-Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for (MCSD) for Microsoft .NET certification, understanding of application architecture, system design and has proficiency with writing complex SQL is a plus.
