REQUIREMENTS
Current Job Openings
Entry Level – Rodman: The preferred candidate has a desire to work in surveying/engineering field. Applicant must have a willingness to work outside in a variety of weather conditions. No experience required. Position is Full Time/Hourly based on experience and qualifications.

Instrument Operator: Candidate will work with the Survey Party Chief in a two or three person crew to collect survey data on sites throughout Northern Georgia. Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an Survey Instrument Operator. Experience with TOPCON equipment, SMI software a plus. Applicant must have a willingness to work outside in a variety of weather conditions. Position is Full Time/Hourly based on experience and qualifications.

Survey Party Chief: Applicant should have prior experience working on survey crews. Work will include and candidate should have experience with boundary and ALTA surveys, roadway surveys, as builts, topos and construction staking. Applicant must have good time management and communication skills, ability to work well with others and a willingness to work outside in a variety of weather conditions. Position is Full Time/Hourly based on experience and qualifications.

Survey Technician: Applicant will be inside support for survey crews. Experience with AutoCad, boundary and topo surveys, and construction staking computations is required. LSIT is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience. Position is Full Time/Salary based on experience and qualifications.

Registered Land Surveyor (RLS): We are currently looking to expand our team of licensed professionals. The position is an excellent opportunity for a licensed RLS with experience in project management. Must have extensive knowledge of AutoCad, boundary and topo surveys, and construction staking computations. Experience with Carlson and/or C&G software is preferred but not required. Must be self-motivated and professional and have the ability to coordinate field crew responsibilities. Position is Full Time/Salary.
